Larry C. Lyons is an Adobe Certified ColdFusion MX 7 Developer with over 12 years of experience in designing and
developing complex database-driven commercial and informational web sites. His clients have included
federal and state governments, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, digital media companies,
small businesses and large enterprises. Aside from dynamic web development, his areas of expertise include usability,
WAI and Section 508 accessibility. Using such tools as ColdfusionMX, Eclipse, HTML, and Cascading Style Sheets,

Larry has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology
from the University of Winnipeg (Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada), and
a Masters of Arts in Psychology from Hollins College (Roanoke,
Virginia). He was a Ph.D. candidate (ABD) in Experimental Psychology,
with an emphasis on Cognitive and Perceptual Psychology from Virginia
Tech (Blacksburg, Virginia).
